Appointment requests and contact
We use your name, mobile number, selected treatments, preferred appointment, referral information and optional comments to reply and arrange your appointment. Referral information helps us understand how clients find the studio; other people’s names are not required. Please do not send health information. Requests are stored in a protected inbox accessible only to Mary and authorized appointment administrators. Mary confirms appointments personally. If you contact us by email or phone, we use your contact details and message to reply; the respective communication providers are involved.
Hosting and providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), platform providers and sign-in providers process data needed to operate and secure the site and provide protected access. Processing also takes place outside Switzerland, particularly in the USA and the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes its international transfer safeguards at www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/. You can request details of providers and safeguards using the contact above.
Studio notifications
Studio staff can enable push notifications, which contain no client details. We store the device registration and use the browser’s push provider, such as Apple, Google or Mozilla, for delivery. Device and connection data are processed, including in the USA. Notifications can be disabled in the inbox, which deletes the device registration.
Website use and cookies
Hosting providers process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and visited pages to operate and secure the site. We do not use our own analytics or advertising trackers. Staff sign-in uses necessary cookies; clients do not need an account. Temporary security data helps prevent abuse and duplicate requests.
Google Maps and Instagram
Google Maps loads automatically on the contact page. Google receives your IP address and browser information, may use cookies and may process data in the USA. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. Instagram is provided only as a link; its privacy terms apply when you open it. Our gallery does not load content from Instagram.
Retention and deletion
We retain requests for as long as needed to arrange and provide the appointment or resolve outstanding questions. They are then deleted unless legal retention duties or legitimate evidentiary needs apply. You can request deletion using the contact above. Backups may remain until routinely overwritten.
Your rights
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Using the contact above, you can request access, correction and deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent for the future, where applicable.
