Purpose and data
We use your name, contact details, appointment preferences and message solely to handle your request and personally arrange an appointment. Required fields are indicated in the form. Please do not submit health information. We do not carry out profiling or automated appointment decisions.
Retention
Requests expire after no more than 180 days; closed requests expire within 90 days of closure if that deadline is earlier. Expired entries are deleted the next time the request inbox is used or a request arrives. Downloaded backups are managed separately by the owner and deleted when no longer needed. This website does not handle accounting.
Service providers and data recipients
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare provides website delivery and protection, application execution (Workers), the database (D1) and file storage (R2). The providers process the technical access data needed to operate the website and appointment requests submitted through the form. Storage and processing exclusively in Switzerland are not guaranteed.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and requested pages to deliver and secure the website. The form uses short-lived hourly IP hashes to limit abuse; these expire within two hours. The website does not set its own analytics or advertising trackers. See below for external links. The sign-in service may set technically necessary authentication cookies for administration. Language selection is stored in the URL.
Instagram is available only as an external link. Visiting our website does not load Instagram content or automatically transmit data to Meta. If you open the link, Instagram’s privacy terms apply. Gallery photos are served by our website host.
Email notifications
When configured, Resend forwards the appointment request to the owner’s email address. The message includes the form information. Resend processes it for sending and the owner’s mailbox provider processes the received message. Providers, countries and safeguards are listed under Service providers and data recipients. Sending status and the technical message identifier are stored with the request. The owner manages email copies separately and deletes them when resolved unless retention is legally required. Service acceptance does not guarantee delivery.
